The Tivoli

61 things on

The Tivoli is a music room first. Of the 63 shows we’re tracking at 52 Costin Street, 57 are gigs, with a handful of comedy nights and a few club sessions rounding it out. Thursday to Saturday are the busy nights. Nothing here is free, and tickets run from about $35 up to around $130, depending on the act.

Fortitude Valley station is the closest stop; exit onto Brunswick Street and turn right, away from the mall. Buses stop near the Old Museum and the Jubilee Hotel. There is no on-site parking, and street parking is tight, so the nearest car park is one street over on King Street. There is no cloak room, so whatever you bring stays with you for the night. The entrance has steps, and staff set up ramps for wheelchair users; the main foyer and bar are accessible, the mezzanine and dance floor are not. For accessible seating or a companion card ticket, email the venue at least two business days ahead.
